This Returns Policy covers all merchandise purchased from the shop, but excludes entries to Virtual Challenges. We do not offer returns for medals, pin badges or other badges that form part of the entry to Virtual Challenges unless they are broken or damaged when received.
For merchandise, we are happy to offer a refund on any returns within 28 days of the dispatch of your order. You must inform us within 14 days from the dispatch date of your order that you wish to make a return, and then you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
The item(s) being returned must be unused with any labels and packaging intact. When you return the item(s) you are responsible for the shipping charges. As soon as we receive the item(s) we will issue your refund to your original payment method. You will not be reimbursed for any original shipping charges that might have been incurred.
We do not take responsibility for any goods lost during return shipping, and this will need to be taken up by you with the shipping provider. We advise that you send any returns using a tracked service. When you return an item, please ensure that the correct postage amount is paid. Any costs incurred by Move for Medals due to insufficient postage on a return will be deducted from the refund that you receive.
Downloadable or virtual products are not eligible for refunds.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Before making a return, please ensure that you contact us first either by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by using our contact form,
1. Your order number
2. Which item(s) you wish to return
3. The reason for the return
We will review your request and then issue the details necessary for your return.
If you do not contact us before returning your item(s), you may not receive your refund. Any returns that are received after our specified return date will be refunded as a gift voucher for us in future orders, and not to your original payment method.
